Your role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission of providing top-notch educational experiences. Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Sales Calls:
- Manage sales calls via standard phone line and WhatsApp during business hours. Take detailed notes in the system for all calls.
- Update the CRM and follow up with leads promptly.
- Physical Office Day:
- Attend the office every Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Student Onboarding to the System
- Convert new student details and status from lead to internal student.
- Selling Academy Products:
- Process payments for student enrollments.
- Collect monthly subscription payments.
- Handle sales and payments for hardware and software tools.
- Maintain timely receipt updates in the system.
- Work Commitment:
- Average of 40 hours per week including physical office day attendance.
- Other:
- Meet team KPIs and attend all relevant meetings on time.
- Collaborate with RGen teams and support marketing and academy initiatives.
- Handle customer conflict resolution.
- Report directly to top management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Technology preferred; exceptional candidates with Advanced Levels will be considered.
- Previous experience in sales, operations, and business developmentâparticularly in education.
- Demonstrated leadership through school societies and extracurricular activities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Clear understanding of RoboticGen's vision and mission, with demonstrated alignment.
- Genuine passion for education, technology, and innovation.
- Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment
- This is a full-time position that includes minimum of 40 hours per week commitment, part-time basis can be also considered for a very strong candidate.
