Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Handling Sales Calls:
    1. Manage sales calls via standard phone line and WhatsApp during business hours. Take detailed notes in the system for all calls.
    2. Update the CRM and follow up with leads promptly.
  2. Physical Office Day:
    1. Attend the office every Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
  3. Student Onboarding to the System
    1. Convert new student details and status from lead to internal student.
  4. Selling Academy Products:
    1. Process payments for student enrollments.
    2. Collect monthly subscription payments.
    3. Handle sales and payments for hardware and software tools.
    4. Maintain timely receipt updates in the system.
  5. Work Commitment:
    1. Average of 40 hours per week including physical office day attendance.
  6. Other:
    1. Meet team KPIs and attend all relevant meetings on time.
    2. Collaborate with RGen teams and support marketing and academy initiatives.
    3. Handle customer conflict resolution.
    4. Report directly to top management.
